Conroe ISD District Stadium & Natatorium

Project Description:

The proposed District Stadium is being constructed on a 60-acre tract located at the southeast corner of the intersection of David Memorial Drive and Tamina Road in Montgomery County, Texas. The stadium includes: 10,000 seat, precast concrete grandstands with spectator seating and aluminum bleachers, and two-level press box with steel structure, plaster, with metal roof. The facility includes one story concession stands, restrooms, and ticket pavilions with drilled piers, slab-on-grade, steel frame, metal studs and exposed masonry, and modified-bitumen roofing. The athletic field includes running track, synthetic turf, and outdoor athletic equipment.

The Natatorium is a 7-lane, 65-meter competition swimming pool and diving facility with concrete and steel structure, masonry cavity walls with face brick and exposed masonry, curtain walls, aluminum canopies, and modified-bitumen and metal roofing. The facility includes locker rooms, weight room, concessions, restrooms, reception and lobby, conference room, offices and ancillary support spaces.

On-site improvements and site amenities include roadways, parking, paved walkways, utilities, and athletic fields.
