The scope of study needed to properly assess the potential environmental risks at a given site is influenced by a multitude of factors including previous and current land use of the site and adjoining parcels. The scope of study can range from a preliminary site assessment, commonly called a Phase I ESA, to a Phase III study which evaluates remediation alternatives and outlines a preferred remediation approach. Paradigm initially interviews our Client and reviews previous documentation provided by our Client to determine the level of assessment that is needed.
